About The Event
Offering the West Coast player an intimate, high-level college coaching event with first-class exposure and collegiate training from some of the top Division I schools in the country. Open to any and all players.

How do I register for an event?
Visit our Events page to complete the team interest form for your desired event, or email us directly at info@1020events.com.
What happens if an event is impacted by weather or unforeseen circumstances?
1020 Events may cancel, shorten, or modify games due to weather, field conditions, or safety concerns. If an event is canceled prior to the start, teams will receive a credit (minus the deposit) toward a future 1020 Events tournament. Once an event has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
What is Free Agency and how does it work?
Free Agency is not guaranteed. Players not currently on a team, but interested in participating, must complete the Free Agent form for the specific event. This list is shared with club directors leading up to the event, and programs will reach out directly if they are interested in adding a player.
What is your deposit, refund, and cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Teams that cancel within 30 days of an event will not receive a refund or credit. Teams that cancel more than 30 days prior will forfeit their deposit, but any additional payments may be applied as credit toward a future 1020 Events tournament.
Credits are valid for one year from the original event date and will be applied to the club director or admin's LeagueApps account. Teams that do not pay their full balance by the event deadline will not be scheduled and will forfeit any payments made.

When will the tournament schedule be posted?
Schedules are typically released at least one week prior to the event. Once finalized, they will be shared with coaches and participants and available through the SportsEngine app.
How do I contact tournament staff during the event?
Please visit the Headquarters table on site. Tournament staff and the events director will be available to assist you. The HQ location will also be shared via field maps and can be found on Instagram, SportsEngine, and email prior to the event.
Will there be concessions and vendors at the event?
Yes, all 1020 Events will feature food and apparel vendors. Vendors interested in participating should complete the Vendor Interest Form.
Do you provide medical staff at events?
Yes, certified athletic trainers are on site at all events to support player safety.
